Over the next few months, Emily and David kept in touch through email and Zoom. They shared their successes and failures at work and even started recommending books and movies to each other.
One day, David sent Emily a message saying that he had been thinking about her a lot and that he wanted to take her out on a proper date. Emily was thrilled, and she agreed to meet David in London the following month. When Emily arrived in London, David met her at the airport. He looked even more handsome in person, and Emily couldn’t help but feel a rush of excitement as they hugged.
David took Emily on a tour of London, showing her all of his favourite spots. They visited mu- seums, went to concerts, and even took a boat ride down the Thames River.
As the days went by, Emily and David fell more and more in love. They were both amazed at how well they got along, and they found that they could talk for hours about anything and everything. Toward the end of Emily’s trip, David took her to a beautiful park in the heart of London. They sat on a bench overlooking a small pond, and David took Emily’s hand in his.
