Activities that relax the body and mind and help to generate feel-good chemicals such as Dopamine, Oxytocin and Serotonin, support the flow and production of Melatonin. Anything that supports the function of your Pineal Gland and keeps it actively engaged can thereby support the operation of your Third-Eye and the added depth to your perception of the world. Regularly cir- culating these feel-good Brain chemicals throughout your body also helps to prolong the aging process!
While being able to see through the Third-Eye is considered the holy grail of many people on the path of spiritual development practices, what really needs to emphasized is that the Third-Eye teaches us to see our inner and outer worlds through eyes of love and compassion and also develops as a result of doing what you love, loving what you do and being with the ones you love.
These kinds of activities help you to engage in and experience seeing through your Third-Eye. You might be seeing through this part of you already without realizing that your Third-Eye is in operation, like the times when you dream about your loved ones, see creative opportunities in work, play and pleasure and naturally perceive the finer details about things that you are actively in- volved in.
Skateboarders have a unique ability to see the world differently as if they have an extra Eye allowing them to see beyond everything that exists before them. Skateboarding is a very immersive, one of a kind activity that is very accessible and can be done almost anywhere with almost anyone who shares the same passion and ideals as you.
Outside of skateboarding, people can be quick to form judgments about others based upon the different conditions that influence their living and lifestyle, such as age, employment, recreational interests, socio-economic status, sex- uality and overall life experience. Think for a moment — if it wasn’t for skate- boarding, would you have met the kinds of people that you know?
The love of Skateboarding brings people together. Skateboarders that are out there skating for the love of it develop an ability to see beyond these different
