We both have spent a total of over 50 years in the worlds of design and publishing. Michael loves to interview and write and Mark is a very creative and efficient designer. Together, we are a really good fit.
Yes, we can customize any length of story or memoir. Just let us know exactly what you wish and we will provide a quote within minutes.
We use Zoom, phone and if possible, in person. Every interview is recorded and you will be sent the original digital file. We are based in Thornhill and will travel to select areas in Toronto. There is an additional fee for travel.
Absolutely, just let us know the quantities you require — additional books and magazines are subject to an extra charge.
We estimate about 48 to 72 hours, depending on the complexity. Once you have this PDF, you can send copies out via email and social media.

Yes, it is possible. We have created a special service that allows us to shorten the entire process down to less than 24 hours – not including printing. Should you require RUSH delivery, let us know immediately and we will begin the work. Our rate for this service is $2,995 per 20 pages.

Absolutely. We will send you a customized gift certificate that you can present to the recipient. Once they contact us to begin the process, we will contact you to arrange payment.

It is vital that all images are at 300 dpi. We are not just putting your publication on a screen (which is 72 dpi) we are printing it. So, it is imperative we have the highest quality photos and the largest files possible. We are happy to help you through this process should you have any questions.
